Taiwan Trip-2008-Spring

In 3rd May 2008, i flew to Taiwan myself to meet my parents over there, due to my exams in college i wanst able to go with them on the 2nd. My very 1st experience flying overseas by myself.quite scary thou but i had a lot of fun. I took quite a number of pictures there.haha. And also starting to blog since all our govt 'tua ka' are all blogging now. This is the A320 boeing aircraft i boarded, both return trips.Alone..durh. Its a nice master piece. But the colour was a bit..erm...gay. Thats wad i think. The physical appearance from outside looks exactly the same like the one's that we have but the inside....fuyooh....
Inside they have a mini TV screen for everyseats.well, what we can see from the screen was,we can select movies,a limited varieties of movies that we can see but those movies were actually showned in cinemas before this, old movies i shud say.we also listen to music, which i didnt try because i was busy selecting and watching the movies.lolx.notice the left hand side there's something covered/closed,that is a small mirror.puropose?erm...u name it.haha. The right hand side try/pocket is where we temporarily store our remote controls.
The remote has two functions, this the ordinary remote which you can use it to play games or select the movies o songs that u wana watch. Or...
They also provide us a phone!damm, why MAS never think of that, but..we need our credit cards to make that work, the phone calls are not free.haha...who gona spend the time calling on the flight anyway, where they also provide internet. Camera Front view of the planeCamera down view of the plane(bit blur) The food was nice,i ordered the...erm...chicken noodle,i suppose.MAS only gave us desert n duno wad thing else. China Airlines gave us cakes, fruits, pudding n a bun.
I flew there a 2.20pm, its a 4 hour 30 mins flight, and in taiwan, the sky is dark at 5-pm already,so this is how it looks like when im reaching, its dark.
the view of 'Taoyuan" airport, Taiwan~
The hotel im staying for the 1st nite. We change hotel every nite cos we are travelling to different places. This hotel is the best so far. They gave us a presidential suite.
The living roomThe bed room, they also have waching machine in the hotel, amazing.
Inside the MRT,heading "Shi Ling Ye Shi". Some place like petaling street. The bicycle fiesta i think.Out of the sudden we saw this from our bus.No idea what was it about. All kind of weird costumes on bicycles.Pirate Girls.haha
Prison Break!!!!I came to this kids performing wushu at the museum park, din see their seniors doing it so i duno what is their(Taiwan) level up to.
I think thats Mr.Sun Yat SanCame across to see these aunties dancing latin too.haha..all the sports i do back at home i can see it here in one day.haha....haven saw the pro dancers yetthe family pic in-front of the museum.
Who said the 101 building is the tallest building in the world?
My sis,me,Alan(tour guide),bro. This Alan guy is very humorous, very hilarious. Also he know a lot of things, obviously,he's the tour guide.Best of all, we cant even tell how old is he(51 years old)...look young huh?I forgot what's it called already for this street.Something like pasar pagi. They are famous with their "taufu" busuk..."chau tau fu"..damm smelly...beh tahan...
The "chau tau fu"...like hell....
"lai ar!chau tau fur ar...veli cheap...come see see!!lai ar auntie uncle!"Really beh tah the smell when taking tis pic.My bro kept on dragging the time..
Tauhu icecream.Heard of it before?quite nice but i just dun like tauhu smell...maybe its because of the surroundings...
In taiwan its very popular with the taiwanese that they carry their pets with them for leisure or shopping. And best of all their dogs are all so cute and hairy, due to the cold weather over there i think. There are even dogs that wait for their owner outside the shopping mall which dun allow pets to be brought in.Those dogs would juz wait there without being tied up. I wish i had one of these dogs.haha
Well, this dog certainly caught my attention. The lady was showing off her dog.Dog's nice, owner sucks.haha...Baby pups off to shopping..yay~
This pup is guarding the owner's store. The owner is actually watching TV inside the store. This is the dog i mentioned earlier where he's waiting for his owner to finish shooping in 101building.Its like KLCC,no pets allowed. We tried to get his attention and he just ignored us,lan si hoh?
Even McDonalds serve different menu which we dun have it here.
Pork Burger...introducing....ladies and gentleman...MCPORK!!!!!!
They even had S.H.E to become their ambassadors...malaysia is who?
Pork breakfast early in the morning. Again, the pork burger, Mcpork...If u ever find any of this burger in malaysia, slap urself,u're dreaming..or...u're not at malaysia at all...which ..is a good news. Stay here and controlled by malay govt. The bros in the taiwan tribe traditional clothes.Very similar to sarawak's tribe's culture. My sister and i in front of the famous temple in taiwan. This temple is unique with its stories. In 1992 (i think), the greatest earthquake in taiwan shock the world. This terrible earthquake only occurs once in a thousand years. So soi this generation kena. Many were killed. The ground started to crack, buildings were collapsing. Amazingly, when one of the cracks were approaching this temple, the crack eventually stopped right in front of the temple where it is guarded by something. The taiwanese called it "pi xiu", a great ancient animal that has a head of a dragon, body of a tiger, wings of a something something and tail of something as well. Paiseh, cant remember all the stories.lolx...anyway, Feng Shui masters believed the disasters was blocked and protected by the ancient animal against the earthquake. This is the ancient animal i was talking about, "pi xiu". Rich people usually or business man or those who seek for wealth will usually get one of these and put at home or office for blessings and to prevent disasters or anything bad.
This is the smalle version of the "pi xiu", of course u wunt need a huge one at home. Usually these "pi xius" were made of jed, kononnya bring more luck o something something. Janji its good.
Thats me and my mom for a view picture in front of the temple, forgot what's it called.Everybody in taiwan said i the younger brother and he's the elder brother. Worse of all, our elder sister became our younger sister...Even police used Mitsubishi as their patrol cars. Malaysia use waja or saga to chase speed racer and waiting for 'suap'...useless pigs. Babi betul....
On their very side lane they have this motorcyclists lane for bikes(scooters)..which looks like this...hilarious...
After all, chinese are still chinese. We're famous for imitating. Why there's no chinese james bond? James Chong perhaps?NO?...ok...but there's one similar...008 (stephen chow)..haha...spies are good at imitating...anywhere there's chinese, there's "made in china" culture...same thing goes to this "KLC"...
Don't waste water, its hard to get!
Taiwan is also famous for their pearl industry. Where great pearls were produce...Pearl milk tea!hahahahahahaha!!!!joking..their pearl were awesome...
This is how they produce the pearls and make it into powder form and we can apply it on the face for smoother skin, eyes and a lot of places...for health purposes...quite expensive tho, but compare to malaysia, a land controlled by malay govertments who are waiting for taxes to fill their stomach..its much more cheaper....Not to mention their algriculture industry were making a fortune too. They are good at mixing fruits together and came out quite a number of new fruits, mango itself they have few types of mangos...even papaya and watermelon they haf purple colour...chinese brains...respect! Come to taiwan must pose with the taiwan style...The rock behind me was quite famous among the residents here...well...some people say it look like me...why?god knows....The malaysian pose..Thats the light house, dont know whats so special about it, the tour guide brought us here, just a picture wont harm...
Sometimes we need to spread the malaysian virus to other countries just for the sake of ourselves, fame....yahoooo~
Guys..come to taiwan of course is not as simple as the ladies thought...we came with one main reason...the taiwanese chick...taiwan ladies are young...pretty..hot...and SEXY...and fair..best of all they dun wear a tudung to cover their whole face..like those middle east ladies, pity them...I didnt know there's sharks in taiwan sea...well..they look cute dont they?Hi!im the hero in "Shark Tale"...nice to meet you~...Thats an artist painting or drawing (whatever you call it) my name...he told me it only cost taiwan dollar 100 (RM10)...after he laminated it, he said its 200!...wtf?!and he only told me that when he finish everything...This 70s dude sure know how to promote his sun glasses stall...I saw this incident when we're on the way to somewhere...according to the tour guide its something like a black hole...the difference is that its in the sea...anything nearby the hole will be sucked down forever...last year there's one incident where Alan (tour guide) was bringing a bunch of china tour group of 70 people, 69 went back, 1 sucked down by the hole when he ws trying to take a picture of it...Observe...you will never ever find this sign in malaysia...For those who can understand chinese...you know what it means... It seems like thier very own national service is much more fun, more chicks....fair chicks...no muslims...and its more free...
If i had the chance to choose between malaysia and taiwan, taiwan is definately my choice, malaysia govt will never learn how the chinese think and work.
One of the temple we visited, quite historical...thats my dad...The family at somewhere...dont know what it's called...where they have crytal white water and lots of marbles!!!...
Just simple like the view of the temple...like damm holy...i wonder how those people (or monks) who live up there survive... The water is crystal clear....Their ice-cream have enique packaging too...why malaysians never think of this way?I wonder how people go up there....I really wonder if sarawak's tribe copied the taiwan's tribe custom...they are wear almost the same everywhere....this fella can sing...dance...he speaks mandarin, hokkien, english and japanese...why malaysian bumiputera never learn from them? This dance consists of all the major tribes in their costumes..notice the ladies all wear mini skirts...Some of the audience were dragged out to participate and try the tribe's wedding custom. Notice the white shirt guy wacking the tourists butt...thats their custom...weird tho....After that, the groom will have to carry the new bride all the way up to the hill, if he fails, the mother-in-law will take back her daughter...Because this bitch was so heavy, they need two grooms to carry her....hahahhahaThe group picture with the tribes....We even had the chance to play with them...dance with them...very weird...Isnt the jed big?huge? yea..im testing my electromagnetic field with the jed....Never seen any watermelon this big before.....Pity this fella...canot fart...canot eat...canot eat..canot sleep...............No description...
The froup photo in front if the taiwan memorial park for those soldiers and heroes who died for the country....
Its a nice place...and a boring place....
After all its a chinese country, we must show the chinese culture...chinese kung fu~ arrr......
Holding this flag is always better than holding the MALAYsia flag...
This is the "pi xiu" my dad bought...to place at home to prevent disasters...
According to feng shui, place both your palms on top of each other and circle around the "pi xiu's " head 3 times (clockwise) then followed by slowly touching it's neck all the way to the body then the butt, circle the butt as many as u want. Slowly hold your fist like u're grabbing something, put inside your pocket or bag (pretend)..or for those who're still studying, you can put it on top of your own head...well, thats the legend lar..kononnya. SO everybody did exactly what the master said. No harm trying...
The whole tour group in front on the 101 building.
The family...
Inside the 101 building, notheing special. Looks exactly like KLCC...
Well....there are some places inside there which is nicer than KLCC...you shud go there and see for urself....
The 101 building. Doesnt look tall from the picture but in fact its tall... This chinese building was built according to feng shui. How? story too long. Cant remember and lazy to explain. Go there and disscover yourself.
Chen Sui Bian's office...the famous bastard in taiwan...The L96 airsoft sniper... I finally found an airsoft shop after so many years of searching it. Stupid Malaysia govt made it illegal. The clever taiwan made it legal and most of the taiwan can use a gun correctly, even ladies...This sniper rifle can be found in the counter-strike game..quite popular among gamers to END the game(life) of other players...hate the gun in the game but love the gun in real life...The L96 is $3600 taiwan dollar...without scope and bipod...this is the cheapest one. 50% plastic/fiber..still quite heavy tho. the barrel and the triger was made of metal...covert to RM...its approx RM360...My bro with the AK..i think..looks a little bit different from AK47...full metal...semi auto & fully auto...Notice the rifles being sold behind...cool rite?Thats one of the ladies who work there...Dont let her appearance fooled you...she can shoot better than any guys in NS!I didnt know she's a good shooter too...Give me 50 million or i shall kill the prisoner!!!!!The M4 carbine. Widely used in the US military as well...can be found in the CS game too...belongs to Counter....This rifle is fully metal. same thing...semi auto and fully auto...comes with a scope...really functionable scope...very heavy...The owner of the shop was so happy that he knew we're from other countries purposely come to taiwan and search for his shop...he let us play one of his hand gun..gas hand gun. Meaning, both gas n bullet are required to make this gun work...extremely powerful...watch the video...

Notice the strength of the gun...
The owner of the shop...Notice the guns displayed at the back of the shop...The two ladies working with the owner..The green shirt lady was as old as me...
All 5 of us...the best shop i've visited in whole taiwan...I wish i could come here again. For those who wish to ivsit this place again can get the name cards from me...i have extra...
The last hotel we stayed in...they call hotels as "fan dian"...in chinese it means rice shop..hahaha..hilarious...
The final pose...
And also our final breakfast..because we were rushing to the airport early in the morning and we do not have enough time to have our breakfast...they made it so simple that we can eat it on the bus...
Last but not least...for those who planned to visit taiwan in the future.its a nice country..esp for those who hates our govt...consider taiwan...the only thing is that they suck in english...haha...the total journey for one person is RM3000 plus...inclusive of air ticket, hotels (changed everyday), meal and some theme park expenses...quite reasonable and cheap...some of the hotels were so classy that we felt that its worth the price we paid...do consider...and finally, the lesson i've learnt over there...get all ur RM changed to their currency 1st before flying over there. Their back do not except RM. But you can change to SD (singspore) or USD. They except both...
good luck everybody...
